Press Gazette’s Future of Media Awards returns to celebrate and recognise excellence across digital news media in the UK and worldwide.
The judges are looking for work which brings quality journalism to a digital audience. The judges want to celebrate great product teams, effective digital strategies, innovative editors and effective online storytelling.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, Thursday 11th September 2025, at Hilton London Bankside.
The Future of Media Awards are now in their fourth year, building on the success of the Press Gazette’s British Journalism Awards.
Whereas the British Journalism Awards are purely about the journalism, the Future of Media Awards celebrate the best online media products such as newsletters, podcasts, websites and apps.
