The New Statesman’s fringe programme will return to the heart of the action at this year's Conservative Party Conference in Manchester, with events featuring leading figures from Conservative politics, as well as industry, journalism, policy and more.
At a time when the Conservative Party is seeking to rebuild, and to set out a new vision for itself and the country, discussion and debate on the fringe of the conference has never been more fascinating or important. We have been running party conference fringe events for more than 15 years, with some extremely memorable speakers and appearances. This year’s line-up will feature a range of topics that will be fascinating for every interested political thinker and New Statesman reader.
Join us on the Monday 6th October as we examine the Conservatives’ plans for the economy, housing and their party’s future. Our events will take place just outside the conference secure zone, so you will not need a pass to attend.
